The Devland Ext. 36 Development is the second of Instratin’s Social Housing Developments. It is a new Township development in Devland, Soweto Municipality that will comprises of 870 social housing units consisting of bachelor, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The units will be developed as three storey walk-ups and delivered in two phases.
